Rapid growth of automation generates increasing need for measurement data, provided by sensors, the interface between real and digital world. In Industry 4.0 scheme including calibration information, flows through whole production chain in format. We demonstrated a fully digitalized environment data generation, transfer, usage Proof Concept (PoC) project. Various stages PoC different information systems used partners Aalto University, VTT MIKES, Beamex, Vaisala Orion are discussed. The developed tested Digital Calibration Certificate (DCC) solution its components described. major findings project include further DCC standardization good practice subschemas. Development is ongoing worldwide big picture goes even beyond DCC. It not only question certificates related transfer to machine-readable format, but also how this could be effectively.
